Tom has experience of working closely with a number of owner-managed businesses. After qualifying with Price Waterhouse, he moved on to work exclusively with small, owner-managed businesses. He founded Tom Carroll Associates Limited in 1991. From very humble beginnings, the firm has gone on to win award after award at a national level. Tom has also been instrumental in helping top sporting celebrities to make the greatest commercial use of their talent. In 2001 he was at the Park Lane Hilton in London to receive recognition at the CBI-backed Growing Business Awards in the 'Best Business Adviser' category.

Outside work:

Tom has pursued many extra-curricular activities, and was featured on the back page of Accountancy Age as a result of receiving his Black Belt in Ju Jitsu. These days he confines physical activities to the golf course.

Bob Theckston

Bob qualified as a chartered accountant with a medium sized firm in 1966 before serving as an audit manager with Deloittes for 18 years. Bob then spent 9 years as audit, technical and training partner in a top 50 firm before joining Mike Archer in 1995. Bob specialises in limited company work but also has a wide experience in general practice.
